Like all other aspects of the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival, this site is run by volunteers. 100% of the profits of this store go to fund the yearly festival and it's activities.

Unless we've shipped you the wrong item, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before you finalize it. If you have received your order, and notice we have made a mistake, or an item is damaged, please contact us by email immediately at mdswf@iawco.com and we will try and correct the mistake. You need to do this within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will give you instructions on how to return the merchandise.

Unless otherwise noted, the shirts listed on this site are made with heavyweight 100% cotton and will shrink upon washing. The colors shown are approximations, and may change slightly between lots and rendering on the web.

We do not accept exchanges of merchandise. The online store cannot issue credits or refunds for purchases made at the festival, nor can the festival do the same for purchases made online.

We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail in the continental United States. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, we will contact you by e-mail with the most economical way to ship your order to you.

We collect a sales tax of 5% for The State of Maryland on all orders shipped within the state. Sales tax is not included in the base price of the merchandise, and is added separately.

Some items listed are of limited availability. In the event an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail for instructions. We will not make any substitutions unless directed by you to do so.

You can pay for your order on-line with Visa or MasterCard. Unlike the festival, the online store does not accept checks, debit cards or cash payments. Your credit card is not charged until you order is shipped.
